InstructionsCombine first 8 ingredients in large saucepan and simmer 30 minutes. Brush or dunk unseparated ribs into sauce. Place ribs, rounded side down, over hot coals and grill 20 minutes without turning, brushing occasionally with sauce. Turn ribs and brush again. Place onion and lemon slices on ribs and secure with toothpicks. Continue grilling without turning, brushing frequently with sauce, 20 to 25 minutes, or until ribs are done. Cut into serving portions with scissors. |
