InstructionsCombine unpeeled fruit and wine in a pitcher and allow to chill for 1 hour. Add the brandy and 2 tablespoons of sugar, then taste to see if the sweetness is right. Add more sugar and brandy as desired. Pour the sangria straight up or over ice in large wineglasses and dilute it at the last moment with soda water for a spritzer effect. |
