InstructionsIn a small bowl, mix the spices together. Toss the chicken in the spices, until chicken is well coated. In a skillet, heat the oil, saute the chicken until brown all over. Drain well on paper towels and refrigerate the chicken until ready to serve. In a salad bowl, toss the greens, mushrooms, pecans, oranges and chicken. Serve with a favorite dressing. |
