InstructionsToss together the cucumber and onion slices in a medium bowl. Whisk together the salt, mustard, celery seeds, sugar, oil and vinegar in a small bowl, pour over the vegetables, and toss to blend. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let the flavors blend. Serve chilled. |
