Sweet-Sour Plum Dressing

Ingredients

6 fresh plums (peeled, cut in half, pitted)
1⁄4cupsherry vinegar
2tablespoonhoney
1⁄4teaspoonsalt
3tablespoonwalnut oil

Instructions

Puree plums in blender or food processor; press through sieve into small bowl (you should have 1/2 cup puree); discard fibers. Stir in vinegar, honey and salt into puree. Gradually whisk in oil.
