Swiss Salad

Ingredients

1⁄2poundswiss cheese
1 lettuce head
1⁄2poundspinach, or chicory, or one bunch of watercress
1⁄4cupmayonnaise
1tablespoonprepared mustard
1⁄2teaspoonpaprika
2tablespoonoil
1tablespoonwine vinegar

Instructions

Cut the cheese in julienne strips. Break the greens into bite-size pieces and mix with the cheese. Blend the mayonnaise with a mustard, paprika, oil, and vinegar. Pour over the salad and toss.
