Ingredients

1 1⁄2cupall-purpose flour
1tablespoonsugar
1pinchsalt
4tablespoonice water
2⁄3cupunsalted butter (cut into small pieces)

Instructions

Sift flour, sugar, and salt into medium bowl; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Gradually add water, while tossing with fork, until dough cleans sides of bowl. Turn out onto lightly floured surface; gently pressed together to form ball. Refrigerate, wrapped in plastic, at least 30 minutes.
