InstructionsBreak up broccoli in individual buds. Butter a shallow baking dish, cover the bottom with turkey slices, and top them with broccoli. Heat milk, stock, and 1 tablespoon butter. Mix arrowroot with cream and stir this paste into hot milk mixture; cook slowly until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Off the heat, stir hollandaise into the cream sauce, blend well, and pour over broccoli and turkey. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes. |
