20ouncefrozen broccoli spears
1cancream of celery soup (undiluted)
1⁄4cupchablis (or other dry white wine)
1poundcooked turkey (sliced)
1cupcheddar cheese (shredded)


Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Arrange in a lightly greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Combine soup and wine; pour half over broccoli, and pour remaining soup mixture over top.

Cover and bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes or just until cheese melts.
