InstructionsMake Pie Crust (or have ready). Heat oven to 325F. Whisk sugar and melted butter in medium bowl until well blended. Whisk in eggs, vinegar, and vanilla until thoroughly combined, about 2 minutes. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the filling is golden brown and sharp knife inserted in center of filling is withdrawn clean. Remove pie from oven to wire rack to cool to desired temperature. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
