Ingredients

3mediumtart apples (cut in chunks)
3tablespoonlemon juice
1 celery stalk (minced)
1cupseedless grapes (whole or halved - up to 2 cups or to taste, optional)
1cupcheddar (diced)
1⁄4cupdates (minced)
3⁄4cuppecans (toasted and chopped)
1cupyogurt
1⁄4cupmayonnaise
1⁄2cuporange juice
1⁄2teaspoonorange rind (grated)

Instructions

Combine salad ingredients. Whisk together dressing ingredients (last 4 ingredients). Combine everything and mix well.
