1 1⁄2cupall-purpose flour
2 1⁄2tablespoonsugar
1⁄2cupunsalted butter (cut into 8 pieces, cold)
2 egg yolks


Mix flour and sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Stir in egg yolks until mixture just cleans sides of bowl. Shape dough into ball; flattened slightly. Refrigerate, wrapped in plastic, 2 hours.
