InstructionsIn large mixing bowl, mix eggs with brown sugar. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in nuts, apples and vanilla. Pour into buttered 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes. Serve warm with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream on top. |
