InstructionsCombine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine egg whites, buttermilk, and margarine; stir into dry ingredients, mixing well. Coat a skillet or griddle with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. For each pancake, pour 2 tablespoons batter onto skillet. Turn pancakes when tops are bubbly and edges are slightly dry. |
