Fruit with Amaretto Cream

1 1⁄2tablespoonamaretto liqueur
2tablespoondark brown sugar (packed)
1⁄2cupsour cream
2cupfresh fruit


In a small mixing bowl, combine Amaretto and brown sugar. Add sour cream and mix well. Prepare at least 2 hours before serving. Stir occasionally to dissolve brown sugar. Put fruit into sherbet glasses or small souffle dishes. Drizzle with sauce.


Preparation time does not include chilling time.
