Garden Cream Cheese Spread

16ouncecream cheese
1bunchgreen onions (2-inches of the green included, finely sliced)
6 radishes (finely sliced)
1⁄2cupparsley (chopped)
1⁄2cupcelery (finely sliced)
  heavy cream (or sour cream)
  salt and ground pepper (to taste)


Soften the cream cheese and blend it with the green onions, radishes, parsley, and celery. Blend well with enough heavy cream to make the mixture easily spreadable. Add salt and pepper. Chill.
