Golden Meatloaf

Ingredients

12ounceground meat
1poundground veal shoulder
2tablespoonquick-cooking tapioca
1teaspoonsalt
1⁄2cupcrushed pineapple (canned in convenient)
1⁄2cuppineapple juice
1⁄2cupbrown sugar (packed)
1⁄2teaspoondry mustard
1⁄4cupvinegar
1⁄4cupwater

Instructions

About 75 minutes before serving: Start heating oven to 350F. With fork, thoroughly mix meat with next 5 ingredients. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Stir sugar with rest of ingredients until dissolved. Pour over meatloaf. Bake 1 hour, basting occasionally. With 2 broad spatulas, lift loaf onto serving platter. Spoon some of the juices over meatloaf.
