Grilled Mahi-Mahi

2poundmahi-mahi (cut into steaks 3/4 inch thick)
1smallonion (grated)
2smalllines (juiced)
2tablespoonworcestershire sauce
4tablespoonbutter (melted)


Remove skin and trim the dark meat from steaks and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix ketchup, onion, lime juice, and Worcestershire sauce with melted butter. Put fish into the sauce, then onto hot greased grill to barbecue for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, basting as needed with sauce.
