Honey, Tamari and Orange Marinade

Ingredients

1cupfresh orange juice
2tablespoonpeanut oil
1⁄4cupwhite wine vinegar
3tablespoontamari sauce (or soy sauce)
1tablespoonhoney
  ground white pepper

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to emulsify. Marinate poultry from 1 to 4 hours before grilling. Marinate flank steak and ribs overnight.
