Hot Crab Spread

3tablespoonsour cream
3ouncecream cheese
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1⁄2teaspoonprepared horseradish
1tablespoonfresh dill (chopped)
2 green onions (finely minced)
1dashground black pepper
6ouncefresh crab meat (picked over)


Oven temperature: 350F.

Cream the sour cream and cream cheese together with an electric beater. Add the remaining ingredients, except the crab, and beat until smooth. Gently stir in the crab.

Put the mixture in an ovenproof serving dish and bake at 350F until hot, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
