Marinated Bean Salad

Ingredients

1cupgreen beans
1cupyellow beans
1cupred kidney beans
1⁄2cupgreen pepper (seeded & chopped)
1smallonion (chopped)
3⁄4cupsugar
2⁄3cupvinegar
1⁄3cupsalad oil (any light oil is fine)
1teaspoonsalt
1⁄2teaspoonpepper

Instructions

Combine the beans, pepper and onion. Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper; pour over the beans and mix well. Marinate for 3 days in the refrigerator.

Preparation time does not include time for marinating.
