Melon Salsa

2cupcantaloupe (diced)
2cuphoneydew melon (diced)
1⁄3cupred pepper (chopped)
1 jalapeno pepper (pickled or fresh; seeded and minced)
3tablespoonfresh lime juice
2tablespoonfresh cilantro (or mint)


In medium bowl, combine cantaloupe with honeydew melon, peppers, lime juice, cilantro or mint. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days before serving.
