InstructionsScald the milk and pour it over the oatmeal. Blend thoroughly and cool. Then add the egg yolks, honey and nutmeg. Blend together, then add the 2 egg whites which have been beaten fluffy but not stiff. Fold them in carefully and cook the pancakes on a moderate griddle which has been oiled. |
