Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

2cupmilk
2cupground oatmeal
2 eggs (separated)
1teaspoonhoney
1⁄2teaspoonnutmeg

Instructions

Scald the milk and pour it over the oatmeal. Blend thoroughly and cool. Then add the egg yolks, honey and nutmeg.

Blend together, then add the 2 egg whites which have been beaten fluffy but not stiff. Fold them in carefully and cook the pancakes on a moderate griddle which has been oiled.
