Old-Fashioned Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

3 eggs
1poundpumpkin puree, canned or fresh
1⁄2cuplight brown sugar, packed
1⁄2cupsugar
1teaspooncinnamon
1⁄2teaspoonginger
1⁄4teaspoonnutmeg
1⁄8teaspooncloves
1⁄2teaspoonsalt
3⁄4cupmilk
1⁄2cupheavy cream
1 pie pastry
1 whipped-cream lattice

Instructions

Heat oven to 350F. In large bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add pumpkin, sugars, spices, salt; beat until well blended. Slowly add milk and ceam.

Pour into shell; bake 60 to 70 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack. Just before serving, decorate pie with Whipped-Cream Lattice.
