InstructionsCombine peanut butter, tea, chili, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, peanut oil, and lime juice in a medium bowl. Stir well to mix. Season with salt, if necessary. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve with Chicken Satay. |
