Ingredients

2ouncepisco brandy
1 1⁄2teaspoonsimple syrup
1teaspoonlime juice
1 egg white
2dashangostura bitters

Instructions

Combine everything, except the bitters, with ice; shake well. Strain; pour straight up and add the bitters.

Notes

There are many different ways to make Pisco Sour depending on which part of Peru, or for that matter Chile, you visit.
