InstructionsCombine the first 9 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Mix butter or margarine with remaining black pepper. Spread an equal amount over each patty. Oven broil or pan fry until meat is done, turning to brown both sides. Serve in warmed hamburger buns, or as the meat course with potatoes and other vegetables. |
