Ingredients

3cuppumpkin purée
1cupplain yogurt
1tablespoonfresh cilantro (minced)
1⁄2teaspoonsalt
 pinchground red pepper

Instructions

Combine 3 cups pumpkin purée with remaining ingredients in medium serving bowl; whisk until well combined. Refrigerate, covered, until serving time. Serve cold.
