Ingredients

3poundground chuck
1poundground beef
1tablespoonoregano
3tablespooncumin
4tablespoonflour (one for each pound of meat)
  salt and pepper (to taste)
4canmild enchilada sauce (one for each pound of meat)
2canwater

Instructions

Cook the meat, and drain well. Mix together the oregano, cumin, flour, and salt and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the meat. Mix the enchilada sauce and water together; then, add to the meat mixture. Cook in a heavy pot for several hours over low heat. Serve with pinto beans (no chili seasoning added).
