Sausage Breakfast Casserole

7slicebread (crusts removed, spread with margarine and cubed)
1poundsausage (cooked, crumbled and drained)
2cupsharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
7 eggs
2 1⁄2cupmilk
1teaspoondry mustard


In a 3-quart casserole dish place the bread, and top with the sausage and cheese.

In a medium bowl combine the eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard, beating well. Pour the mixture over the casserole and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours. Bake in a 350F oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
