Ingredients

2tablespoonbutter (or margarine)
2tablespoonflour
1⁄2cupwater
1⁄2cupsour cream
1teaspoonhorseradish
1⁄4teaspoondried thyme
1⁄4teaspoonsalt
1⁄8teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions

Melt butter and stir in flour. Add water and sour cream, stirring. Add other ingredients, stirring, and heat.
