InstructionsWash strawberries well and press through colander or sieve to extract juice. Blend flour with water and add, while stirring, to scalded milk. Add sugar and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Add strawberry juice, vanilla, cream and coloring. Heat, stirring, to boiling. Serve hot. |
