1⁄2cuponion (chopped)
1⁄2cupgreen pepper (diced)
1cuppotatoes (uncooked and cut into julienne strips)
2tablespoonbutter (or margarine)
2cupturkey (cooked and diced)
1⁄4cupturkey stock
1 1⁄2teaspoonsalt
1⁄4teaspoonground thyme
1⁄4teaspoonground black pepper
  parsley (chopped)


Saute first 3 ingredients in butter or margarine 10 minutes. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley.
