Turkey Parmesan

Ingredients

1⁄2cuponion (chopped)
1⁄2cupcelery (chopped)
1⁄2cupfresh mushrooms (sliced)
2clovegarlic (minced)
1⁄2cupbutter (or margarine)
1⁄2cupall-purpose flour
4cupmilk
4cupcooked turkey (cubed)
2⁄3cupparmesan cheese (grated)
2tablespoonfresh parsley (chopped)
2tablespoondry white wine
2teaspoonworcestershire sauce
1⁄2teaspoonsalt
1⁄2teaspoonpepper
1⁄2teaspoonpoultry seasoning
5drophot sauce
1pinchred pepper
  hot cooked noodles

Instructions

Saute onion, celery, mushrooms, and garlic in butter in a large heavy skillet until tender. Blend in flour, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add next 10 ingredients; stir well, and cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over noodles.
