Ingredients

2cupconfectioners sugar (sifted)
1⁄4teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonvanilla
2tablespoonmilk (or water - or as much as necessary)

Instructions

Stir together all ingredients, adding just enough milk or water to make an icing that spreads easily. Beat well. Spread on your favorite cookies or brownies with pastry brush, or as directed by recipe.
