InstructionsMix the shortening and flour, resembling cornmeal. Add water; stir to soft dough. Roll out half for the bottom crust; place into 9"pie plate. Combine all other ingredients. Pour into crust. Top with top crust. Slash top of crust for steam vents. Bake 45 minutes at 350F. |
