InstructionsCut eggs in half lengthwise. Rub yolks through a sieve. Add salt, mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Place whites on serving dish and fill them with egg yolk mixture. Coat them with Tartar Sauce (or additional mayonnaise) and sprinkle them with paprika. |
