Grilled Mushrooms

16mediummushrooms (or up to 20)
1 raspberry vinegar marinade (or oil)


Wash and trim the stems. Marinate the mushrooms in some of the Raspberry Vinegar Marinade for 15 minutes, or brush with oil. Soak 4 wood skewers in water for 15 minutes or so. Place 4 or 5 mushrooms on each skewer.

To grill: On an open or covered grill over medium-hot coals, grill the mushrooms 15 minutes, turning frequently to brown all sides.
