Ingredients

6 ripe mangoes (peeled and seeded)
1pinchof salt
1tablespoonfresh lemon or lime juice
1cupsimple syrup

Instructions

Puree the mangoes with the salt and citrus juice until smooth. Combine with the simple syrup and freeze.

Notes

Preparation time does not include freezing time.

Feel free to use an ice-cream maker/freezer to freeze this sorbet. You will want to freeze it for some additional time after to firm it up.
